Behind The Scenes of BTS: Bangtan Boys

About a month ago, I had the incredible opportunity to work for BTS, or Bangtan Boys, a South Korean boy band managed by Big Hit Entertainment. In the spirit of remembering my final year of college, I made a video to highlight my experience working behind the scenes and backstage at their Oakland Concert for the ‘Love Yourself’ world tour.

I was a translator for the Audio department, and my role was to reduce the language barrier between the American and South Korean production teams. Long story short, I am so thankful to my parents for pushing me to learn Korean when I was younger - without this skill, I never would have had this opportunity of a lifetime.

To respect the privacy of the boys and production team, I only recorded footage that had my face in it (sorry!).
