1 Min Journal, No. 1

In this series, I will set a timer for 1 minute and jot down some quick notes of how I’m doing.

Purpose of only doing for 1 minute: I know that I will probably over-index on trying to make this perfect, so the goal is to be quick and simple. Let’s do this!

START

I’m feeling great today. I’m currently on my last few days of PTO, and I had the chance to leisurely run errands and appreciate the outdoor scenery of Lake Merritt. The leaves are changing colors and the seasons are changing too, and I am learning how to appreciate life again.
